FOR THE MEMBERS

I want to thank you for the support and faith you have put in to me as your new 1st Vice President. 

As I said at the convention, I ran for this role because this Party is Family. My wife, Tamara, and I are proud that our boys took out memberships this year to vote for Doug Ford for leader. And it was an honour for me to have been nominated by my sons Ben, and Noah, at the convention.

Tamara and I met each other as youth in our Party. We have been together for 21 years and she is the love of my life. I couldn’t have run to be your 1st Vice President without her support.

My family is my greatest achievement; and this party has had a big role to play in this.

It was great to reconnect and meet so many of you this weekend. You all understand the importance of electing an executive team with a plan. A plan to win in 2022. It will take more than four years to reverse the damage that Kathleen Wynne and Dalton McGuitny inflicted on this province.

 

Our focus coming out of the convention is to win the next election. And we will only win by working together.

 

As your 1st Vice President, I am already working to deliver on my plan to take the training and support we provide you and our riding associations to a new level. With so many new members of our Party – helping them be successful is my number one mission.

 

I look forward to working with each and every one of you to build our Party – a Party for, and by the Members – that will re-elect Premier Ford and our team in 2022.
